I applied for the vacancy online, and then got a email from them with a link to do an online assessment which consist basic situational judgement, numerical, data interpretation, statement check and reasoning questions. After a week or so got an email from them booking for the telephonic interview. They called at the exact time which was scheduled for the interview.

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
