Entretien
1- online test, which lasts about 20/30 min. few questions plus basic maths exercise.
2- phone interview, 15 min, usual competency questions
3- the next day o got an invitation for an assessment day. which ;asted about 2,5 hours.
written math exercise about 15 min, then there was a phone call exewrcise, but they give you 15 min to read through the info and prepare, and finally another competency interview in which they ask you the same questions as the previous interview.

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
