There were 2 stages. Last one was a presentation which required some hours of work. All seemed good and the interview panel seemed knowledgeable. However they had other plans and without any notice they started the process for a referral candidate. They made me wait more than 1 to find out that while I was waiting and chasing they hired the referral. It is not good for business doing business like this.
