The interview process was straightforward. You tell them about yourself and they tell you what they do. Nothing too technical, mostly questions based on your skills. The interviewers were polite and very pleasant to speak to.

The interview process might get tough depending on the topics discussed.
There is also a phone interview with a senior developer from Sydney which can happen outside their office so there will be a chance that it might not go well because of difficulties in communicating through mobile phone.
