I had two interviews, one with the accounting manager and one with both the accounting manager and the COO. Both interviews went very well. They asked the normal interview questions and the process was not very long. They got back to me quickly with their decision and they were willing to work with me on my start date since I wanted to be sure that I gave two weeks notice at my previous firm.
