Very binary and unfriendly. I could tell she was reading her questions from a script. The questiona were strictly about Project Management processes (EVM, critical path, etc.). I was told that a follow on interview will be scheduled in the next 2 week's. When I received nothing, I called the interviewer at the 2 week mark. She couldn't tell me anything. I called again 1 week later...nothing. 3 weeks later, she finally tells me that I wasn't selected for a follow on interview. Since then, many people have shared my experience or said that working there is very process oriented (leave your creativity at the door).

A team member called up and immediately launched into the phone screen. This was followed up a couple weeks later by an interview with the hiring manager and the HR rep. A month later I was called in to present a one hour presentation on a topic of my choosing. About 20 people were in the room. The remainder of the day was one on one interviews with several of the people in the room. After that, it took several months for them to extend an offer as the position (budget? job description?) was off again - on again.
