I had a great conversation with them in Career fair. He was really kind and helpful. Due to the security clearance that I cannot provide them he suggested for postdoc position. It didn’t work at the end. However, I had an awesome experience.

There were two interviews overall. The first was a 30 minute phone conversation with the two advisors looking to hire a postdoc. . About a week later, I got a call back for a second interview. This was was three hours. First 10 minutes was HR interview, followed by an hour of presentation about my research, then an hour interview with a panel, and concluding with 30 minutes with both the PI's and hiring manager.
