I was asked to meet with Sandia for a "career discussion". I should have clarified what this was, but it turned out to be a behavioral interview followed by a chat about potential career paths at Sandia. The woman who interviewed me was very friendly and explained to me her experience when she was a new hire, and even shared her vision for her own personal potential career path within the lab.
