Very full and long day on Zoom. I gave a 50 minute talk on my research that was open to any Sandia staff - after questions from the general audience, I spent 1 hour with a smaller panel (7 people that would work closely with the lab) answering pre-organized questions. Following this, there were a few 30 min 1-on-1 discussions with various related staff and the manager, and a casual round table with a group of postdocs. The next day involved a 30 min follow-up session with the direct manager.
They were all super duper friendly, especially the secretary that coordinates to test your Zoom settings and prepare your agenda.

I had a great conversation with them in Career fair. He was really kind and helpful. Due to the security clearance that I cannot provide them he suggested for postdoc position.
It didn’t work at the end. However, I had an awesome experience.

Entretien
There were two interviews overall. The first was a 30 minute phone conversation with the two advisors looking to hire a postdoc. . About a week later, I got a call back for a second interview. This was was three hours. First 10 minutes was HR interview, followed by an hour of presentation about my research, then an hour interview with a panel, and concluding with 30 minutes with both the PI's and hiring manager.

It was an all day by Zoom interview, beginning with a one hour seminar on a technical topic of choice. After this presentation, which was first thing to begin the day. I met with several staff/scientists/PIs for 30 minute intervals until about 1630
