Phone call first to become familiar, followed by a 2nd interview via skype then a final interview in person and fly you out to headquarters for a 3 day training session, I heard it is now 7 days.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of four interviews over a six weeks period before an offer was presented. The process was smooth and interviewers were prepared and professional. Overall, it was a good experience.
