2 stage. First stage on Microsoft Teams and then in person. I met a panel of interviewers and had a site tour. There was a high level of preparation required and the instructions were not very clear which meant I had to do this at last minute the night before the interview. Not sure if that was the agency’s fault of the employers. I have found Samworth a waste of time in the past so viewed this as a last chance for them and this helped me reach my decision to decline their second chance job offer. They offered to another candidate first. This has happened to me before with them. Positive vibes resulting in nothing. Don’t think I’ll bother with them again.
