Really clear instructions from the start, great team recruiting and really helpful, informative and friendly. I got sent information packs to read through, telephone interview set up and a second in person interview at their offices. Shown around the office space and trade floor, gym, cinema room and meditation/quiet space. Had the interview and gave me a lift back to the local train station in their company Bentley. Really made to feel included and special.

Not very hard. Basic Qs. But good. Had to answer a sheet of qs before so that interviewer can get a good idea of what to ask around and then the interviewer was good. Simple.
