As the HR does not respond on time or tell if they want you or not.
Waited too long to get back on anything.

Related to your previous work experience and what you can bring into the table if Hired.
I was asked typical questions (describe 8d process etc. They told me that you always have to work overtime and the work is not flexible. No work life balance. I got a terrible offer that I declined.
