They wanna have an in-person interview after reviewing your resume. The interview doesn't go very difficult. They mostly question about what you have done in your past careers and then also they are very interested in your family background. That is very expected and weird thing to occur in your professional interview setting. They also focus on what university label you have because they prefer those who graduated from one of the best universities in the nation or the world.

One test for testing general intelligence. Test need to be taken twice. After you pass the test online at home, you proceed to next step. Every step is kindly notified by recruiter either by email or website.
Passing the online test, one-day interview begins. Two interviews, one for testing ability related to the job and one for personality.

SECL comes to my country to interview me. The interview process was delayed that the original schedule, but I still got an interviewed at night. I was interviewed by 5 persons which are manager and vice president levels. They asked many questions regarding my experiences.
