I applied for a scientist(R&D) position through online and received a mail from senior scientist within 10 days of my application and asked to present my area of work and experience. It was a group panel technical interview ( telephone) and took about 45 min. I feel that interview was in friendly atmosphere and asked couple of questions about my field. I am still waiting for their hiring decision.
