Invited to Teams Video call with intended line manager, preceded by a Excel test which needed to be submitted prior to interview. Had mitigating circumstances so was allowed to submit test later in the day. Interview went very well, questions were relatively simple. Excel test consists of 3 sets of questions, with data held on a separate tab in the worksheet. Need to utilise IFS Statement, pivot, VLOOKUP and text to column, nothing too demanding. Interviewer said I was a very strong applicant and liked me very much, however received notice a week later my application was not successful and received no further feedback despite emailing their HR department for my own profession development.

It was really good prepared, i was waiting just a few days for a call. HR informed me when and how the next step will look like. Only professional questions, nice atmosphere.
