It was very challenging given that each had their own approach and objectives or preference. The leaders were very transparent in terms of describing the typical day to day activities. They gave their expectations and shared experiences to allow the applicant to envision the work and really see through life in samsung

It is a long run from the first interview and to be at the position. Tipically, first interview it is with the SSC in Brazil, then one interview with your team, then an interview with the C level Director and lastly two interview with HR, one for a last check and the other one to set the contract.

30 minutes interview. Unprofessional HR. Interview started 30 minutes before scheduled meeting and they put the blame on me for showing up 8 minutes late. Interview consisted of typical sales questions

Entretien
Toxic competititve mindset, asking for a business case using free work from candidates to improve their business and GTM strategies. Did not seem to have respect for work-life balance. Arrogant atmosphere "here it is the Champions League", undermining competition or other companies.
