I went through the phone interview and then onsite interview meeting 3 individuals. Let's face it very biased with their own kind. It's very obvious only South Koreans move up in the ladder and they really only like to hire their own kind. Based on my observations better off staying away they don't treat outsiders with respect. I mean went through the in-person interview process and never even got feedback. It was a waste of time.
