The talent team was professional and informative. The interview process was good pretty standard - I met with a few of my would be peers and the hiring manager. It felt like my skills were not under the microscope as much as culture fit. Received feedback that I had done well and to be ready for a call back on next steps. When they did call back, I was told that a decision had come from overseas that the position was being filled by someone internally. It seemed like a frustrating situation for the people who I had interviewed with because they seemed a little powerless in their own process.
