Phone Screen / Recruiter couldn't be more lovely or professional. Then I met the hiring manager and it was over before it even started. She started grilling me about why I was looking to make a move (?) when they were the ones who approached me to begin with?? I definitely got the feeling she didn't even "approve" me to interview and it felt more like an interrogation than an job interview.
