The process was very transparent and fun, from the start i was given all of the information i needed for the next steps and the staff who interviewed me was very nice with me at all times.

Entretien
The process was smooth, well-organized, and very transparent. After an initial recruiter screen, I had a series of interviews with the hiring manager, support managers, and finally the director of technical support.
Most of the questions were behavioral, focused on problem-solving, customer experience, and alignment with Samsara’s values. The tone was professional but friendly, and I felt encouraged to share real examples rather than give “perfect” answers.
The recruiter was very supportive throughout, always sharing prep tips and keeping me informed at each stage. Overall, it felt like a thoughtful process that gave me a clear picture of the role and company culture.

Entretien
El proceso de reclutamiento fue profesional y claro al inicio, pero mi experiencia fue decepcionante en cuanto al seguimiento. Aunque la entrevista fluyó bien y sentí que mi perfil encajaba, el rechazo llegó con una respuesta automática y sin retroalimentación útil. Aprecio la honestidad sobre los tiempos de crecimiento en la empresa, pero no parece ser el lugar ideal si buscas avanzar profesionalmente en el corto o mediano plazo.
