Rating: 2/5 stars Pros: • Straightforward screening and somewhat friendly interviewers, extremely fast process Cons: After the screening and first-round interview, I was told they weren’t moving forward due to a “large pool of highly qualified candidates.” I suspect I was overqualified, but their lack of transparency felt like a waste of time. The role demands near-total scheduling flexibility, including nights and weekends, for a low-end salary that doesn’t match the expectations. The interviewers, who were Hispanic with heavy accents, were professional, but there may be “nuances” affecting hiring decisions. They also seemed very disqualified to be interviewers to say the least. I accepted an offer elsewhere well beyond what Samara offered, and others can too. Advice to Management: Be transparent about why candidates are passed over and align compensation with the role’s demands and applicants’ qualifications. Recommendation: Skip this role if you’re overqualified or non-Hispanic. Better opportunities with fair pay are out there.

Everything was very clear, they provided you with the correct information about your benefits and you have a lot, it is so hard to find a company like this. All the process is amazing!
