Interview process was really slick. I was approached by an internal recruiter on LinkedIn and a screening call was set with them shortly after. The overall process took approx 2 weeks- consisted of 1 call with hiring manager, and three online calls with the hiring manager again, and two senior managers. The latter 3 interviews were a behavioural interview and 2 mock discovery calls with a short brief. In the behavioural interview they ask you to use the STAR method to explain how you would respond in certain scenarios- however I found that some of the questions didn't allude to that kind of response, but did try and utilise the method where I could. The two mock calls were interesting- they don't want you to pitch the product as such but ask discovery questions/ use SPIN selling and qualify the prospect using BANT. I was told I would find out the next day (Friday) after my final mock call, however the recruiter let me know that they would be in touch Monday. On Monday the recruiter let me know that they wanted to do one final mock call task (similar to the first two). 10 mins after that final call I received an offer, and happily accepted! The interviewee's gave great & really useful feedback and you can tell that they wanted you to succeed, the recruitment team were really on it with letting me know what was happening and providing resources prior to the interview. Everything was really slick and enjoyable. They definitely made me work for it but it's clear that they want to be 100% sure in who they're hiring, so definitely worth it. Super excited to start!
