The recruiters were playing hide & seek with me for a couple months, yes, literally! They would ask for the best time to chat about the opportunity. Once I provide them a few time slots they wont respond for a couple of weeks. Out of the blue, they would respond apologizing and asking for the best time to chat. The same cycle kept repeating for months. Finally, I found someone who could refer me. Once the person referred I got an immediate rejection email. Such an amazing experience! No wonder why their positions are still open for close to 9 months...

Question 1
What is the most challenging interpersonal conflict you've dealt with and how did you resolve it?
The panel was friendly. I enjoyed talking to every member of the team. The interview process was long though. I wish they had cut me off as soon as they learned that I wasn't a fit.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Samsara en mai 2024

I was really impressed my interviews. From the start, the recruiter explained what they were looking for, why they were hiring for the role and the interview process. The first stage was me speaking to the hiring manager. This was useful to decide if I wanted to proceed with the interviews. The interviews were also scheduled to fit my schedule, and left a break between each (a little thing, but I was glad for this). They shared detailed feedback, that was useful for me, even if I didn't get an offer. There was a bit of a delay getting the final decisions, but the recruiter kept me informed regularly.
