Referred by my recruiter and had an initial phone screen. They asked questions about my background and what I know about Samsara and the founders.
I got asked to come onsite and interviewed with 4 different people in Sales and several others. One of the directors was not present to complete the rest of my interview, so I left after speaking with four people. This lasted an hour or so.

Entretien
I had two rounds of interview, one with HR, one with sales manager. The people I talked to were both very professional but very kind and seemed genuinely interested. No trick questions, just situational evaluations and personality questions, plus some specific questions on experiences. They did not assess or test me, but instead tried to understand who I am and whether I would be a good fit for a specific position at a specific moment in time

Basic recruiter screening with basic questions that flow through the structure of your resume. They were very nice on the phone. Didn't work out because still in school. They asked to check back in after graduation.

Entretien
The first interview was a quick 15-30 over the phone interview. After that, there are multiple in-person interviews with different people every time. The in-person interviews are more in-depth, as to be expected, than the over the phone interview.
