One hour Zoom interview initially, then an in person one hour meeting at the WDM campus. First interview was one to one and an overview of my IT experience. Second interview was with four people and was a lot more targeted at my specific skill sets. Asked about projects and technologies that I was familiar with from previous employer.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. I feel like they appreciated that I was myself. I didn't have to pretend to be something I am not. The final interview was with the group. I think it was great that they had the whole team be a part of the process.

First round interview with manager talking through resume and experience
Second round interview with developer and architect talking through resume experience, and answering technical questions. Everyone was pretty laid back and asking questions relevant to the job
