There was a screening call followed by a recruitment task and a day-long series of interviews. The interviews consisted of programming skills assessment, statistics, machine learning, and culture fit parts.

The recruiter had informed me that my Python skills would be tested. However, I was tested on my skills. In addition, the interviewers did not have sufficient knowledge on what they were asking. The questions were vague and inappropriately framed. Company is so confused on what they want and their expectations. At least the person taking the interview should be smart enough.
