They stretch the job interview process for over four weeks.
*This is for an entry-level call center job.*
Met with the Call Center Supervisor and had an easy <30 minute interview. The questions weren't that deep and sorry to say, my previous work history kind of made the supervisor go "oh let's skip that one since you already answered!"
Then comes the request for 5 references when the base pay starting at $16 an hour. No pay was previously disclosed before hiring/on the application.
I've given a reference to a friend who went on to be a firefighter in California who only needed 3... And my reference was formally interviewed.
Absolutely full of themselves. Pay hirer if you have this kind of standard for a call center rep or get over yourselves.
