You are asked a few question and then asked to continue for a second interview and if all is good then you are asked to fill out paper work and then you are sent for a drug test. This could happen all in one visit and then a week or so you could have the job.

Apply online and do the assessment test(also online) via the walmart/sam's club careers website not very difficult and the whole process takes about 20-30 mins, if screening goes well meet in person for an in-person interview.

Easy and laid-back interview process. I felt comfortable and they were extremely open and answered all questions about the job. They were also helpful and patient when I was trying to figure out a different living situation while waiting to see if I accepted their offer.
