I was walked through the store and shown the potential areas I would be working in. Then I was brought upstairs to meet the team lead and managers. They went over what the job requires, then go over schedule they need to be worked and try to fit in what you requested and then if all is well then you’d get an offer.

Applied and was selected relatively quickly scheduled and interview for two days later - I arrived early and they had me wait in cafe the manager that was going to interview me was on lunch so a team lead took my interview instead. They didn’t have any questions for me besides my availability and then he spent a few minutes explaining the job to me. I was there for ten minutes tops
