I scheduled an interview with a manager; it was easy to find an open time and they're willing to work with days and times that you're free. We went upstairs and they asked a few questions but it seemed like they were just making sure that you could come up with an answer. As long as you're personable and willing to work and learn it's not hard.

Applied and was selected relatively quickly scheduled and interview for two days later

I arrived early and they had me wait in cafe the manager that was going to interview me was on lunch so a team lead took my interview instead.
They didn’t have any questions for me besides my availability and then he spent a few minutes explaining the job to me.
I was there for ten minutes tops

Interviewer got up and left 3 times during interview leaving me to wonder what was going on, but in hind site it was a blessing as i knew it wasn't the workplace for me.

You will be put into a room with a few other people that applied. The manager will share details about the job and the shift they want you to work so that you don't have to waste time with the interview if you can't meet the requirements. In the interview you will be asked to tell a little bit about yourself and availability.
