Apply online and do the assessment test(also online) via the walmart/sam's club careers website not very difficult and the whole process takes about 20-30 mins, if screening goes well meet in person for an in-person interview.

Very simple. Just be a human and you'll get the job. Tell them that you are good with money and that you like to count money. If you don't have any experience, don't worry about it. There is high turnover.

Easy and laid-back interview process. I felt comfortable and they were extremely open and answered all questions about the job. They were also helpful and patient when I was trying to figure out a different living situation while waiting to see if I accepted their offer.
