The interview process was very easy and straight forward. It was more like a converstation rather than an interview. They were very clear about the rules about the job and what they would expect from you.

Was called, they left a voicemail. I called them back, told them my availability. Got a call back and was offered a job with no in person interview or any type of real interview.

They looked at job history, verified it, ask me to describe myself, I told them what I thought, it's retail, so it's the same as any other retail interview basically
