For the interview process, I got an email asking me to schedule a time for the interview. I applied late July and got an interview ending of September. I went to the Optical center, and the Optical Manager asked me to wait while she was getting ready. She called me in, and it was very relaxed. She asked about my experience in Optical and in customer service. After it was done, she showed me around the Optical Center. Afterward, she told me she would get back to me by Monday of next week. I got a call on Tuesday offering me the job.

Just basic interview questions. They seem to grant interview opportunities to almost everyone who applies. Takes a while for them to get back to you after going through the interview process
