Had 2 interviews in one day. Questions read from a sheet... Basic troubleshooting stuff with no 'correct' answer, just common sense stuff. Needed both references, they DO call and verify! After that had my 'offer' and filled out papers, set up orientation. Had to pass a drug and background check.

The process was easy and they asked introductory questions. They just asked about basic background knowledge along with scenario questions. Just be easy going and you should be able to get the job

Sit down interview, going over skills and strengths related to the job. Fairly simple and I would say mainly looking for someone reliable and accountable. Answered questions to the best of my ability and was honest with all responses.
