It was a laid back interview. The questions were all pretty basic questions. Describe a time when... Tell me about a time when... How did you handle failure in a team, etc. The process was straight forward and very clear, just lots of behavioral questions.

Standard Retail Question that anyone could answer. They are not trying to play stump the chump. They want to get to know you. They also what to make sure you are motivated to have this job. Tell them what you can do for them.
