It was a two part virtual interview. The first phase was great. I felt like I connected with everyone in the call and got most, if not all the relevant information for the job. Then there was a long drawn out waiting period before the next interview. The second one was a joke and felt like a waste of time. There were people leaving the meeting without warning while I was speaking and they honestly didn't present any new information. They just wanted to make sure I still wanted the job. It felt like they knew who they wanted to hire before in interview started.
