Easy, online application process followed by group interview with about 4 other people. Lasted about 15 mins and asked basic questions but was very friendly and casual. Was contacted for a job offer about a week later.
conversational and casual, went fast, only took around 10 minutes maybe? only about four or so questions and there was not a set list, pretty chill and nice. mostly about service, team, schedule, et cetera.

A group interview that lasted an hour, we took turns answering questions about ourselves. They asked pretty unusual questions such as "What was your childhood like?" and also spent a lot of time describing the company and work.
