Thank you for leaving these comments. As an organization who takes great pride in our pay equity practices and approach, we take your concerns very seriously. We have a very rigorous compensation process that accounts for review of pay by market conditions, seniority, gender, tenure, among several other categories. We also take time to ensure that each and every offer we make is aligned against the internal equity of the existing team. We care deeply that each member of the team, new or tenured, is compensated fairly against one another and the requirements of their role. All this being said, it sounds like our compensation range did not meet your expectations for your search. We will coach our Talent Acquisition team to better communicate Salsify's Compensation Philosophy going forward so that any future candidates understand the "why" better.
