Very straight forward, this was my first job ever. They liked that I was planning on going to college and I was willing to do anything, including dishwashing.

My manager sat down with me and held a 15 minute discussion on the spot which included a brief conversation about if I had ever eaten at Salsarita's before as well as very common interview questions. In my opinion it was very informal and doesn't need much preparation for.
