It was a 4 step process with a Caliper test. They reached out to me via Linked In. Pretty typical hiring process. Behavioral based questions but also very conversational. I never felt rushed during any interview. As always have your questions ready.

Short and sweet and not difficult and the person doing inferview was not interested in the job at all it was hard to be excited had no interest In seeing if the jgovernment b as a fit for me at all.

The interview was very brief. The interviewer was late. The process did not take very long in comparison to other companies. They focused a lot on operations ability and less on selling skills. They were somewhat detailed oriented.
