The manager called me and asked some questions about my availability, experience, and abilities. We scheduled an in store interview in 2 days. She was very nice and showed me a tour of the store. We talked alot and she asked me all kinds of questions, and at the end of he interview she said she would make a decision and get back to me by next week. Monday she called me and I was hired!

Simple and quick. Only lasted 15 minutes. Only five questions were asked. Role play scenario between a customer and employee was prompted by the manager. It was based on how the employee would help the customer with what they were looking for.

Called in for interview. Was told I was hired and they never reached out again. I called to get an update and they kept saying I was hired. They said they never even pulled an application.
