Was a simple and straightforward early interview screening process, the interviewer assigned to me was friendly but did not provide much feedback during the interview itself. Was expecting more in depth questions compared to what was asked.

One interviews first with the district manager, where they go over any applicable experience you might have for the position. They go over scenarios that could happen as a manager and ask how you would handle it. They tell you the requirements that all managers must fulfill in regards to schedule for work, they discuss salary, benefits, pto etc. Once the district manager fills you are a good fit, you must do an interview with the HR manager for that district.

Nothing too hard. The interview itself was fast and very straightforward, no trick questions. They just mainly focused on sales and pushing products on the floor. Easy and quick, I heard back within a couple of days
