I went all the way to the end and I finally had a call with the hiring manager who was impressed with my skills and wanted to negotiate an offer. He however later came back and turned me down because apparently most of their clients are white Americans and it seems I have an accent and I am black so I don't fit in. That was the second time he had mentioned this fit thing so I wished them luck and walked away.
