It was fairly straight forward. The manager made me feel comfortable and asked about my experience. She explained the job and what was expected. If they like you, you will be offered an opportunity to volunteer with an event. I highly advise taking the opportunity as it reflects a major piece of what to expect (minus the behind the scenes stuff).
