I was called by the person in the roll currently and she discussed what the position entails. She talked through what a regular day would look like and answered any questions. She then setup an in person interview with her and the GM who I would be working for. The phone interview was really helpful for preparing me for the interview withe GM. Overall really quick and painless.

I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter and the following week I was invited into the office to meet with the current employee in my position, who is retiring, as well as the same recruiter. This was during Covid-19 so I know their process may have been switched up from the usual but they did take all the necessary precautions with social distancing, masks, etc. I was then invited in again to meet with the CFO, who I would be assisting, and I received a call a few days later with the job offer.
