Initial Interview is conducted by the Human Resources team. Hosted in Salamander's library and then you meet with a manager or supervisor for a specific department.
The interviewers wanted to get to know me and where I see myself in the future. I originally applied for a different department and they helped me decide Food and Beverage would be a better avenue.

Wasn’t impressed at all with the interview process. One gentleman was too occupied with his phone and a second interview only lead to them offering less than favorable hourly rate-

Pretty thorough, went through three different people. I had to meet with the food and beverage supervisor, the resort manager and the human resource manger. It was a quick but effective way to process my resume as a candidate.
