Entretien
Position was a graduate trainee engineer.
Had a technical test on simple instrumentation topics like valves, process variables, sensors etc
Than had a technical interview with the Lead Instrumentation Engineer and HR representative
Was asked general HR questions like motivation, weaknesses etc.
The technical interview involved questions on instrumentation.
Also a P&ID was used and was asked to identify some symbols and also interprete a control scheme

As per expectations it went,Confident answer, Say what you know, Be honest,Ask some questions,Explain about you in brief, understand the question properly. Then answer it properly don't manage to answer the unknown questions.

I submitted to the HR email, and i was called for interview and the panels drilled me from my past experiences. So i was able to answer the technical aspect very well but when it comes to management questions it seems difficult.
