Only one interview. Dept. Manager, Team Leader and HR local were present. A small Excel test was done, basically, pivot tables and easy formulas. The position does not require a lot of expertise so getting well with the rest of the team seems important. I found the whole process to be very easy and relaxed. Salaries are defined already, no negotiation.
