The process consist of 3 stages.
First one - interview about your-self and about your experience.
Next one - make some Test.
Last one - Presentation (Homework). You get a lot of data and you must prepare a presentation about business development in specific region.
P.S. After presentation - Last interview about your strength and weakness, about your competencies.
